AI 3D generators with a commercial license (2026)

Commercial rights almost always depend on the plan you generated on. Typical patterns: paid plans grant ownership/commercial use; free plans are either CC BY 4.0 (commercial with attribution), personal-only, or non-commercial. Some tools also restrict reselling the raw models or using them to train AI.

Key differences
- Attribution: Meshy free (CC BY 4.0) requires crediting Meshy; paid plans don’t.
- Resale of models: Sloyd allows marketplace reselling only on Pro.
- Rights retained by vendor: Tripo retains rights to free-plan outputs.
- Open weights: Hunyuan3D’s community license limits territory and requires a separate license above 1M MAU.
- Your input image must be yours to use – no plan fixes infringing references.
